Oxitec engaged Lumenia to find a suitable ERP system for our Brazilian production facility. As we did not have the knowledge of suitable systems ourselves, and given there was an urgency to this key objective, the Lumenia team worked with us to review the options and worked with us to implement the chosen ERP system for Brazil.
Lumenia Consulting also led the implementation of the same ERP system in the UK, including a finance system to replace the basic one used for many years and a Quality Management system to address our requirements as a regulated business.
