Our ERP upgrade project was one of the major projects undertaken by the business last year, and as it was a number of years since the initial implementation we needed someone with the right skills and experience to guide us through the planning and execution of the project. Andor engaged Lumenia to help narrow down strategic options, make a recommendation, and come up with a full cost-benefit model. Lumenia provided an excellent consultant, a strong methodology, and broad experience coming through from their extensive network.
